The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious and varied, offering a wide range of options. The restaurant serves excellent food.

Convenient Location and Festive Atmosphere Spent Christmas in Vienna and stayed at a hotel that was in a prime location near all the attractions. the hotel had a festive atmosphere with decorations that added to the Christmas spirit. the staff was hospitable and always ready to help with sightseeing recommendations. the breakfast was served with fresh pastries and hot beverages to energize us for our day trips.
the shower could have been cleaner, and the bathroom needed some updating.

Great value and comfortable stay
Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money. The location was perfect, very central and close to all the sights. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always eager to help. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for a short stay, with all the basic amenities you need. The breakfast was also a great touch and there was a good range of items on offer. a really enjoyable stay.
There were a few minor issues that could have been improved upon. Some of the furnishings and decor were a little outdated, but it wasn't a major issue.
